DESCRIPTION:Kelsey is a certified yoga instructor and she is also an amputee.  Kelsey walks the same path as our Heroes and she has so much to offer our group!  Kelsey has had national coverage for her courage and ability to overcome adversity! \nDress comfortably\, bring your yoga mats\, and water!  Ladies\, keep in mind that yoga involves a lot of inverted poses so be mindful to wear tops that won’t slide up and gentlemen\, please wear pants that will stay up!  Yoga is typically done in bare feet\, but if you are uncomfortable with that\, you can purchase yoga socks. \nWe have plenty of yoga mats available\, but if you have your own mat please bring it along with plenty of water!

DESCRIPTION:Kelsey is a certified yoga instructor and she is also an amputee.  Kelsey walks the same path as our Heroes and she has so much to offer our group!  Kelsey has had national coverage for her courage and ability to overcome adversity! \nDress comfortably\, bring your yoga mats\, and water!  Ladies\, keep in mind that yoga involves a lot of inverted poses so be mindful to wear tops that won’t slide up and gentlemen\, please wear pants that will stay up!  Yoga is typically done in bare feet\, but if you are uncomfortable with that\, you can purchase yoga socks. \nWe have plenty of yoga mats available\, but if you have your own mat please bring it along with plenty of water!

DESCRIPTION:This is a hugely successful\, and very fun\, activity for our Heroes!!\nXceptional Heroes has purchased coupons that will help reduce the cost of admission. PLEASE DO NOT PAY AT THE COUNTER!! See Christopher Cassidy in the lobby upon arrival and he will coordinate everything!\nCost is $15/person plus an additional $3 for socks if you don’t already have some! Socks from any air park will work!\nIf you have not previously signed waivers\, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to take care of that! It is quite hectic trying to get everything organized at the beginning with collecting money\, signing waivers\, getting socks\, etc. Please plan to arrive early to avoid this frustration!\nAlso\, please have exact change as it is a challenge to try and make change while also coordinating arriving Heroes\, waivers\, collecting payments\, etc.\nChristopher will be present from 5-7pm as our volunteer coordinator\, but you are welcome to stay beyond that time as your leisure!
