DESCRIPTION:We have added a yoga class to our calendar for November!  We are truly blessed to have Kelsey Koch teach this course for us!  Kelsey is a certified yoga instructor and she is also an amputee.  Kelsey walks the same path as our Heroes and she has so much to offer our group!  Kelsey has had national coverage for her courage and ability to overcome adversity! \nDress comfortably\, bring your yoga mats\, and water!  Ladies\, keep in mind that yoga involves a lot of inverted poses so be mindful to wear tops that won’t slide up!  Yoga is typically done in bare feet\, but if you are uncomfortable with that\, you can purchase yoga socks. \nIf you have any additional yoga mats you would like to donate to XH\, we would gratefully accept them as we are anticipating this being a consistent activity on our calendars!
