SUMMARY:Yoga with Kelsey
DESCRIPTION:Kelsey is a certified yoga instructor and she is also an amputee.  Kelsey walks the same path as our Heroes and she has so much to offer our group!  Kelsey has had national coverage for her courage and ability to overcome adversity! \nDress comfortably\, bring your yoga mats\, and water!  Ladies\, keep in mind that yoga involves a lot of inverted poses so be mindful to wear tops that won’t slide up and gentlemen\, please wear pants that will stay up!  Yoga is typically done in bare feet\, but if you are uncomfortable with that\, you can purchase yoga socks. \nWe have plenty of yoga mats available\, but if you have your own mat please bring it along with plenty of water!  Please also watch for location updates as class could be held outdoors at Bicentennial Park\, McFarlen Library\, or at Faith Lutheran church – weather dependent. \nSign up below to let us know you are attending! \nhttps://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0948A4A72FAAFBCE9-44709968-yoga
