Fitness Fun with Mary Rose

Join us for Fitness Fun with Mary Rose! Make sure to dress appropriately, consider the weather as when it permits, we will try to get outdoors as much as possible. Bring plenty of water to get you through! Mary Rose may plan some hiking/walking trips to various trails in the area so stay tuned for any updates to the location of these activities!
We will post on the page if weather seems questionable to let everyone know the status of the activity
